Probably the most useless flower delivery company I have had the misfortune to use. In fact they are so poor at their job they asked me to write a review for flowers they failed to deliver. They also failed to answer any of my emails, no mention that there was an issue prior to the delivery date, and kept my wife waiting crazy amounts of time with stupid suggestions & putting her on hold when she called to complain. There was absolutely no customer service throughout, and when we did engage them we were confronted with incompetence. They ruined our special occasion - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! In fact they cost me money ;(

Hilariously, Word of Mouth awarded them a business service award in 2016 and gave them a premium rating despite their appalling number of very negative reviews. Little wonder consumers continue to fall foul with The Flower Company.

On the 31/11, I Ordered Flowers Online for my Sister and paid a Delivery Fee however the following day I was contacted and advised that in order to deliver they would require an additional $20. I requested that the order be Cancelled and a refund Issued.
On The 2/12, I emailed and received confirmation that the order had been Cancelled and A refund issued that would take up to a week. A Week passed so I emailed requesting an update - No Response.
I Called today 13/12 to discover that a refund had not yet been processed. They had no excuses but have apparently processed now so I wait a further week to see.

I would like to thank you and the flower company team for your effortts and great customer service.
our client has recievied her flowers and she is very happy. the flowers not similiar to what i orderd but it looks decent and its fine with me, considering where our client live and not easy to find florist who would like to delivery to her place.
thank you once again for your help and efforts , send my regards and thank you to the florist as well. Hope to use the flower sales/flower company service in another occasion.

Awful experience, so disappointed. I ordered a large flower arrangement with balloon for a special birthday for a friend who has had a very tough year. Despite ordering 3 days before her birthday and payment taken from my bank account nothing turned up. 4 days after the event I was told that due to a hitch at the florist they were not delivered. Apparently due to fair trade Australia they could only refund or send late flowers but not both. Disgraceful. $87 kick In The teeth.

As a first time customer, I was very disappointed that my delivery was a day earlier than requested. I wrote to the help desk for an explanation last week, and so far have not received a satisfactory response other than that it's under investigation.

I was told they would arrive on the same day as I had sent the order in before 2pm they weren't I was then told to make up for the mistake the florist would make it bigger I asked my sister to send me a picture of what it looked like and it was disappointingly pathetic. On your website it said roses...there was no roses
I thought it was easy and hassle free to do online but no I was wrong there too I will not be using or recommending you.

I would definitely NOT recommend this Company to ANYONE. Ripped off bigtime! What I ordered was NOTHING like what was sent...and the Balloon that I requested and paid $15 for, was not even included in the delivery! I have spoken to numerous people at The Flower Company, and have been told that what was delivered comes under their industry standards for substitutions as seen in their terms and conditions...what a crock!!! They also told me they would refund me the $15, that was a week ago, and STILL no refund.

Placed an order to a specific identified location. All approved. The next day I received a call saying that the price for delivery to that location was an additional $15. False advertising. Cancelled the order.

I would NEVER use this Company again! I was ripped off big time, and treated appallingly by their Staff everytime I rang to make enquiries as to a refund etc. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

I ordered birthday flowers for a friend one week out from occasion and looked forward to delivery, utilising the website and paying full price. On the day of delivery, no flowers delivered - and on inquiry - apparently an e-mail was set requesting extra money for delivery (not requested at payment). On paying this amount and requesting delivery the next day by A.M., still no delivery. Afternoon inquiry suggested A.M. delivery is not guaranteed. Flowers and chocolates finally delivered but value for money for flowers poor. I won't be using The Flower Company again.

I orded flowers for my sister in Perth online it was so easy. They arrived on time and she was thrilled with them. Only problem I had was which ones to order. Would definitely recommend to everyone who likes to give and send flowers and gifts !!!!!
