I strongly recommend Michelle as a groomer. She is very professional, friendly and a lovely lady. My puppy Angel absolutely adores her.My entire family uses Michelle for their puppies grooming and we have five poodles between us. Not only will she groom your pup as you request but she will also pluck their ears and clip their nails.He prices are very compatible and when you consider she comes to you ,i could not think of a more wonderful service. What a SHAM! After arranging an appointment for 12pm-12.30pm I found myself still waiting on them to show at 1pm having heard nothing of their whereabouts or sign of apology for having me wait over an HOUR at this point! I had to text and call them with no response until I did receive a text message to say they were running late, minus any kind of apology! After requesting an approximate time they were thinking of showing up I receive a message 20 minutes later to say they were just leaving Broadbeach to which I unhappily decided to accept and wait, I had already cancelled all plans for the afternoon at this point thanks to this 'Service' ... 30 minute later STILL no show, I receive another text message asking me to select another day as they couldn't say a time they would be able to make an appearance, to which I have obviously declined and am regrettably now having to warn those of you who would prefer not to have your time wasted to beware of this utterly unprofessional business!!

I would highly recommend Michelle as a groomer to anyone. She is friendly, professional and above all my little Bichon Frise loves her. Michelle gave Milly a full groom the other day and I have had so many lovely comments how wonderful her cut looked. Absolute perfectionist!

I struggled for almost a year trying to find a groomer in the Gold Coast familiar with grooming the Bichon Frise until I found Michelle. Michelle groomed my Bichon perfectly! She was professional, kind and good to my dog. Her prices are competitive and worth every penny. I highly recommend Michelle as a groomer, especially if you have a dog that needs a special cut like the Bichon.
