Good facilities, staff are friendly and receptive. Many clubs are offered in the forum including mountaineering and tae kwon do.

this place is great, the first time i went i forgot my shoes... and they were happy to let me go home again to get them, no worries. every time i have been there the staff have been lovely and helpful and the facilities are above average too... definitely a great place to get fit!!!

The best gym in Newcastle! Great timetable and very professional staff who are friendly and is obvious are well trained! i have been going here for a few years now and would not consider changing.

Excellent pool, however as a mother of a small child its not the best pool to be a taking small children to as its shallowest depth is 1.8 m. It os however great for the bigger kids as it has indoor activities and pool activities for the bigger children to play on. It also has a great swimming program.

Great for uni students wanting to get fit between classes and one of the few plac3es on campus you can find parking, The people are great and they offer a good range of services. you can even participate with a heaps of your mates and they will still cater for you.

A great gym and fitness centre. Group training classes are intense to ensure you work and tone every muscle. A large variety of fitness equipment, all very new and hi-tech.
