I was a bit disappointed getting my haircut here. Didn’t use olaplex, didn’t leave my hair nice and shiny after a cut and half head of foils. They have however raised their prices and not advertised them, apologising that the owner is really strict on making money after the covid lockdowns. Even more disappointing using COVID as an excuse to make more money off unsuspecting customers considering all the money put into ‘redecorating’.

I’ve been a reguler client at this amazing salon since 2015 and my hair has never felt healthier or been more vibrant! Ive gone from supermarket box black, to blonde pastel pink over this time period and the condition and health of my hair is always the priority with these girls! Madi has created my ultimate fairy floss hair and she even has my coffee waiting when I arrive at the salon. Every single service I’ve had, I’ve been Extremely satisfied with the outcome and condition of my hair. Emma, Amanda, Martika & Heather have all done my hair and I’ve never been disappointed! My fave place to go- thanks gorgeous girls! X

I have contacted the salon twice by email since my last visit, re
an issue I had. I asked politely on the first email, if they could please reply to my query.
10 days later having not received a reply, I again contacted them by email. Again they didn't have the courtesy to reply to me. I am very disappointed with their attitude to a customer.
I would not under any circumstances recommend this business to anyone. Very unprofessional.

I have been to The Fox & The Hair several times and have always loved the results. I have always had incredible experiences with how my hair has been coloured/styled/cut and the customer service is amazing.

This salon is the best. My wife is beautiful with gorgeous Asian hair and she comes out of the salon looking even more gorgeous than when she goes in thanks to Emma. Her colour styling and cuts are amazing.

I went for my first trip their absolutely amazing make you feel at home painting my nails while I waited jars of lollies and biscuits available tea coffee anything you want they've got, they trimmed my hair but not the hairdresser trim when you have no hair after an actually proper trim, they listen to you and make sure that what they suggest matches with what you want I've walked away pleased few more appointments to go to get what I want but I got colour ×2 (belyage) a trim and blow dry/styled

The ladies here were great! I normally "test" new hairdressers with a normal trim first, and the lady I got was so helpful. She had a lot of ideas for a really good cut and gave me hair advice and tips to care for my hair.

What a disappointment! Not the exactly the colour I wanted but can live with it. Not the exact hair length or style but it will grow out. Was insistent I didn't want a pink hue and got told while rinsing that it might turn pinkish with time! What was most upsetting was the way the ladies pounced on me once I mentioned I wasn't happy with the colour. My choices were recolour and walk out with a wet head no blow dry and no cut. Had a voucher for full foils, got a few, definitely did not get the lot. The professional thing would have been to offer a fix it appointment ASAP but not the case here, they were too busy. Badly disappointed. I would recommend this place but advise that you book an extra long appointment and be crystal clear.

I had my hair coloured and cut here and it was amazing. The ladies were very friendly and no request was too much for them. They customised a colour for me which I was very happy with and finished off with GHD curls which were perfect for my night out

Absolutely fantastic! Mia and the girls at the Fox & the hair are so talented and friendly. I would recommend these guys to anyone! They are all so friendly and chatty and I have never had a bad cut or colour - I always leave looking and feeling fantastic!
