The Franklin Hotel

Get there and look at the menu. WOW. I think it's a bit on the pricier side, but we are there so we order anyway.
Want a little while and the meal comes out. I am suitably impressed! The batter on the schnitzel clings to the quite thick chicken fillet very well.
Chips are good too

EDIT: Ok so I went back and ordered the steak sandwich. Service was almost like he didn't want us to be there and there was no smile, no happiness. Where the food was awesome last time, it was replaced with mediocrity this time. They listed the ingredient as 'scotch steak', but what came out was a thin piece of sandwich steak. It was so little that it wouldn't even have passed for a schnitzel. And for $23, I could have gone to anywhere else and gotten better and more

Friendly staff, big smiles but very understaffed. Little rushed as only one behind the bar also taking food orders but still managed to smile. Menu was small and not with a lot of choices but I was very happy with the choices offered. EXCELLENT meal prices and fast to serve the food. I was disappointed in the presentation of the meals as they looked small and lacking in imagination but WOW the taste was AMAZING, cooked perfectly, full of flavor and completely filled me up. Very funky with decorations in the hotel, comfortable feel but also very dark, it was hard to read the menu's and it was hard to see the fridges clearly with the lights so dimmed.
