Geoff arrived when he said he would great communication whent straight to the job found faulty fan and replaced it cleaned build up of ice from around condenser in freezer cleared drain pipe .all for $260 dollars highly recommendthe fridge man P.Swife not happy didn’t get new French door fridge

Geoff repaired my old Kelvinator fridge when I was told by them it was unrepairable! He was efficient proffessional and friendly. Why would you use anyone else? i would definitely recommend him.

Geoff is everything laudatory said in reviews. Here this morning asap and was very reassuring about condition of refrigerator. Tested everything and said it was a wiring problem (thanks to hail storm in our area on Sunday.) , Would have him back the minute fridge

What a great guy Geoff is! Traveled the long distance and his knowledge of refrigeration is unsurpassed! Very quick in finding the problem and fixing our old fridge. Now she is purring like new. Please don’t use anyone else but Geoff. I thought I had a problem with my freezer , he had a good look, pulled it apart , couldn’t find anything wrong. He took the time & petrol $$ to show up & didn’t charge me a cent . That just doesn’t happen anymore . He is worth more than his weight in gold & if he happens to fix your fridge , know he will only charge a fair price, you won’t get better than that . Thanks heaps Geoff

Prompt response, prompt repair with a new part.. The whole took about 3/4 hour - just enough time for me to clean the buildup of years behind and below the fridge. Couldn't fault anything and will certainly call him again if ever needed

after calling a few fridge repair businesses i stumbled on the fridge man on the womo website. the reviews were spot on. after asking a few questions over the phone, geoff gave a approx price of a repair. what put me off others was the high call out fees to even say if the fridge could be repaired! with no call out fee, geoff was polite, nothing was a problem and not only was he punctual, his price was bang on the quote and about half another price given from elsewhere. cheers geoff!

We had an issue with our back fridge/freezer and was in no rush to fix it so i email Geoff through the WOMO website thinking I'd get a response in a few days or so. The next morning had a text from him and with only giving him the brand and approx. age of the fridge he had already diagnosed the problem, quoted for the repair, had the part in stock and came out that same day to fix it!

Many thanks to The Fridge Man for all his help from start to finish. Answered my phone call, asked the appropriate questions about the problem with my refrigerator, was at my place in less than 24hours!, NO CALL OUT FEE, was happy to engage with my two toddlers whilst he worked in a funny and friendly manner and he fixed the fridge within 30 minutes! I loved the way he was honest about the problem and didn't come up with imaginary problems just to make more money.
I would highly recommend this polite, punctual and knowledgeable fridge repair man to you all!

Geoff arrived within three hours of initial contact. Had parts on-hand, fixed fridge within 30 minutes and was very affordable.
I had someone else last time my fridge broke down and was not at all confident in the previous guys work. Geoff was the opposite and I'd call him back in a heart beat; though I suspect I won't have to.

The Fridge Man was quick to respond, identify the issue and fix my fridge, all within 12 hours and one visit. Great, friendly, affordable service.

After spending the weekend listening to my fridge's newly developed rattle, I rang The Fridge Man first thing Monday morning & within 2 hours he was knocking on my door.Five mins later, he had diagnosed the fault( way different to my amatuer diagnosis) ,given me the quote for repair & within a further 15 mins I was restacking my food back into the freezer...totally AWESOME service . Fixed our fridge short notice after calling around, glad I stumbled upon this guy. He didn't scratch anything taking my fridge in or putting it back which I appreciated, he took his time and didn't rush. Was out within 45 minutes for quite a difficult job my partner explained to me so he was happy

The Fridge Man came out to fix my fridge. He was quite friendly and got my fridge working again within 20 minutes. I was able to put back all my food in fridge and was working really well.

What an absolute legend! Gave me a brief consultation and made it clear that buying a new freezer would be more economical than repairing the one I have.

The fridge man fixed the seals on my fridge. Very good to deal with and the service was prompt. The price could have been a little better but none the less i am very happy.

The fridge man fixed our fridge a few months ago. We had a simple problem with the fridge today, he was awesome, he came the same morning we phoned, fixed the problem in no time! What a legend!

They fixed the odd noise that my fridge was making and also the door which was coming off it's hinges. they were very friendly, punctual and exceptionally polite :)

the quality of the fridges are quite decent and there are many different shapes and sizes to choose from

Our fridge stopped working late on Sat night, we desperately got on the internet and called a series of fridge repair businesses the next day Sunday. Geoff was the only business that answered our call. It took seconds to understand how his business charges fees. There was no call out fees and he booked us in for the next day 8am to come and have a look at our fridge. Next day, he arrived on time and prompt. Got onto the job quick fast, and identified the problem within 5 minutes. Although he could not do the job as it was a computer board fault, and we had to go back to the manufacture, Geoff told us exactly what we needed to do, and kindly accepted no fees for coming and seeing us. I would definitely recommend the Fridge Man to others who have fridge or air conditioning problems. Also I am not promoting businesses have to work on Sunday's, but the entire experience with this company was just so professional and service orientated. Thumbs up.
