We have bought one or two things from there including a TV monitor and a vacuum cleaner. We were very satisfied with the service and the products they sell.

We purchased many appliances from The Good Guys in Helensvale when we moved house. They were friendly and knew their products, even offering us what we weren't looking for based on what we were buying. We got a bulk discount which we appreciated. The only reason for a four star for quality was only due to the fact we were not prepared to spend the money on products that would obviously do a better job... not a reflection on the business.

I always go to the good guys as my first stop as they have a great range and at good competitive prices. the staff always do their best to give you the best deal possible.
