loved this place. We used to be regulars. Til one day after we had bought all this food and drinks from them already and I wanted to have my friends try some sweets I bought earlier that day- staff came out and told us we not allowed to consume any other business food on their premises. Then they told my friend off for leaning on her friends shoulder cos she was tired. Needless to say I have NEVER gone back. You should tell people off for being disruptive or making a mess never for being relaxed I HATE THIS PLACE

Brought my woman to this one and got us the American Plate.
This came with 2 mini sliders, buffalo wings and some good old fashion ribs. It was a bit messy to eat but the taste was there.
At $35 a little above average for what it was, but it was quite unique compared to many other pubs we've been to.
I'd come again for this one if I can be bothered. Not the top of my list, but reasonably memorable.

This is a fantastic bar, if you wanna chill out near the fire, listen to loud music, watch the footy, take your partner on a date this is the place to be, there is a wide variety of menus as well depending what style you want and this didn't win the Australia's Best Outdoor Area for nothing!

A great local pub. Love the live music- food a bit $$$ but can get some decent drink specials. Really like the outdoor area, its a great place to go on a Friday night with some friends. Always meet cool people

I really liked this place, it had a great feel about it. The staff were great and very quick even though it wS so busy when I was there. The food was very nice and came out quickly.

The Highway offers several different dining options, great service and good quality overall. The outdoor beer garden is a great place to meet friends for a drink or nibbles with plenty of seating and heaters. This pub offers some great platters to share and often has entertainment.

Great place, great food and great service. The prices can be a bit expensive and it can be very loud when there is a footy match on tv but if you are into sports then its heaven.

A great place to catch up with friends over a meal or a drink. The atmosphere is great, with delicious meal options which you can enjoy indoors or outdoors. The service is always friendly and the staff will do their best to make sure you enjoy your experience.

Great atmosphere and staff they really make you feel welcome all the time they have so many menus to choose from it's the best restaurant I've ever been to. I met a polite young Chef there he mentioned he had been working in Leigh Creek for a number of years but was never offered the apprenticeship until The Highway offered him the greatest achievement he'd been after for many years, it was great to see that young mans dream come alive. Good Luck young man.

Great food, cheap beer, nice atmosphere and good value. I've been back many times and the quality for the food and service has always been excellent.
