Daniel spent 3 + hours determined to find an elusive leak. After probing around the house numerous times he thought it was between the house and the meter. He capped the pipe (even going to Bunnings to get some fittings) to prove it - but it was not, so he continued probing until he eventually detected a very faint leak. Where he marked was spot on. It ended up the leak was underneath a large tree root, which made it difficult to detect, but he was determined to find it. He was prompt, personable and honoured his fixed price.

After an extremely frustrating process of engaging no less than 3 other flashy name leak detectors who charged a fortune just to turn up and literally find no leak I called Daniel. Following the previous expensive experiences from others I felt that if he was going to stand behind his "no find no fee" guarantee then we should be OK. He is a nice guy, communicated, turned up on time, and to our delight he actually wanted to find the leak not just detect where our credit card was. Dan persevered for hours, tried different methods to detect and actually found 2 leaks.
We literally had another leak detection plumber turn up the day before, look at the stationary water metre(at that time), claim there was nothing for him to do as there was no leak and charged $200 for a callout. This despite a 400ltr recorded leak per day.

I found Daniel to be incredibly polite. Attended the job quickly and gave me a report immediately. Very good service and very reasonable pricing.
