The Next Cut

He knows how to cut, but does not listen to what you ask for. It is six weeks since my cut, and still not at the length I requested, so disappointed and wont return.

I was disappointed with the haircut and salon.
Firstly it didn't impress me as clean and welcoming, and the hairdresser had just had a smoke, so I had to sit there with the really strong smell of cigarettes for ages.

Secondly, while I said to trim of what was necessary to get rid of the split ends, I lost about 3 inches of hair. I know from other hairdressers that was excessive. It upset me a bit too, because my hair just doesn't grow, so every time you cut it off higher it never grows back as long again.

It wasn't an ugly cut, but for getting what I was looking for at a different salon with much nicer service, it wasn't really that much cheaper (about $20 between that and a top class salon) less, if you consider that it was extra for a wash with the cut , the saving didn't exist. If you don't care about the quality of the place and just need the cheapest cut it would work for you, but otherwise go somewhere else.

I liked how he had personality and told him about his life, and the way the shop is set is up is great.

It is amazing how they turned a small shop into an awesome shop which has so many awards in it.

Customer service is very good. I am always well satisfied with the quality of my hair cut.
