Everything is going quite well at the moment thanks. I have a few odds and ends I would like to tidy up myself if I can, but I would be in touch immediately if I get into difficulties. I have disposed of my old desktop printer which died last week and I have successfully linked my laptop wirelessly with my wife's printer. So I am encouraged.

I was completely satisfied with the service. Ryan, the technician was calming, easy to understand, patient and I didn't feel like a dill. He also recommended ESET security which save my computer and my sanity as I had had a problem with pop up bugs.
Their after service care was a lovely surprise with phone calls and emails to check "all was well"
