We are a small family business and have several appliances that require and attention over time. I have had nothing but a positive experience with the techs at the oven repairman over the times we have utilised them. They are efficient and communicate well during the service on issues, and best practices to follow. Unfortunately, we have not had the best experience with the admin staff Jackie as of recently, comes across as direct and hostile and makes you feel you're untrustworthy.

My experience with The Oven Repairman Company was a very positive one in all aspects. The person that I spoke with over the phone about my oven issue was very helpful and arranged a very prompt service call out. I received a reminder text the day prior the appointment and a very reasonable arrival time was given (between 9 - 11 am) The technician John arrived promptly at 9 am. He was very polite, professional and offered great advice. The problem with my oven was rectified very quickly and I am very pleased with the outcome.

They charged me $350 for first visit. Call out $176 plus $174 for part. Didn't have part on hand so gives them excuse to come back again and charge you more. There was another $100 for second visit to install part. Will I use them again? Probably not.

They are so efficient. I havevusedvthem twice for my ILVE oven. They advise you oglf a day and time ...within 2 hours. They follow up with calls and let you know they are on the way. Repairs are carried out very quickly and efficiently
