A disappointing experience.
I required a part for my gas oven, which I was told was no longer available, rendering the gas oven on a double stove useless, I was told by the Receptionist 'That's ok though, 'cause you have an other oven'.

A quick call to the distributers of the oven and they could supply the required part - not sure why the Oven man couldn't work this out - save your cash and go some where else
