The Service is Great we have called the Over Repairman 3 times now all for different issues.

When my dear old Westinghouse started blowing cold air, as opposed to the kind that cooks food, I was rather devastated. Between the cost of repair vs replace and having someone come to my home who may not be able to repair the old girl, I was rather uncertain how to proceed. The Oven Repairman was the first (and incidentally only) company I called. Over the phone, they were able to diagnose the 'element' had probably gone and outlined clear costs (which were far more reasonable than replacing her). When Ben arrived, all my concerns were eased. He was professional, friendly, polite to my little guy and the dog thought he was alright too. Ben efficiently diagnosed the problem (yup, the element), made arrangements for a new one to arrive (she really is an old girl and the new fandangled elements didn't fit) and returned when the correct element arrived. I highly recommend Ben, his professional and calm manner (even when the new elements were being a nuisance and not complying) were above and beyond. Thank you Ben for getting her up and running again, the roast was delicious (the cous cous is still in the fridge.)

Brian attended, on time on 7 November 2018 to fix our gas oven. Polite and courteous, Brian was quick to identify the problem and fixed it in a short period of time. Pleased with the result.

Firstly I was extremely impressed with their user friendly website! So easy to navigate, even for a person (me!) who is in her sixties!
The girls in the office were informative and friendly and the repairman arrived on time (heaps of brownie points there!) and was very clear about needed to be done. All costs were commuicated before the job went ahead.

The griller part of my oven needed to be repaired and there was an added complication of needing an extra part. It was a small complication and I received the follow up phone calls regarding when the part would be available and for me to arrange the repairman to visit again to complete this repair.
All in all, I would highly recommend this company for oven repairs!
