My wife and I have used The Pet Hotel (PH) for over three years. Our pets are extremely important to us and we have always felt comfortable that they are being well cared for when we leave them at PH. They are always relaxed and happy when we collect them ... which for a Staffie is quite an achievement!!

We have a dog with contact grass allergies and having a kennel where there is no grass really works for him. The staff are great and have really got to know him, he is happy there and gets lots of love from the staff. Nitro has been there multiple times now and always comes home happy, healthy, super clean and well groomed.

My 3 dogs stayed for nearly 2 weeks & the staff were lovely & caring & professional. They offered detailed reports of their well being during this stay which indicated to me they took the time to know my dogs. I would happily recommend them.

I was a little concerned about my 12YO King Charles being away from home for 12 days but clearly he loved his stay with you! Check in and out was very smooth and I really appreciated the debrief on exit and the stay diary. I would definitely be coming back to The Pets Hotel. Thanks!

Highly recommended. Great way to give your dog a long extended playtime - far more rigorous than we usually find time for. And that means a well socialised, enormously contented dog on pickup. A great service. Plus, the day care option is a good way to get them used to the venue before possible holiday kenneling down the track.
