The whole family needed to attend my Mother and the Children's Grandmother's funeral in Sydney.

Obviously, little time to organise time away from our business, kid's activities and our busy lives in general.
We needed to sort out our young Cavoodle Reggie's care immediately.

The process was: Google best places- a quick Phone Call- a short email- then drop off next morning.

I left him feeling totally confident that he'd be treated very well!

We didn't have time to think about Reggie at all really during the time in Sydney, but on the trip home we were all very much looking forward to seeing him.

On pick up we could see that Reggie was looking great, had obviously had a ball and very happy.

Highly recommend the Pets Hotel!! Love the fact that we can see our furbaby online via the webcam when we are overseas. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely continue to use this service.

All staff at the pets hotel are all lovely, helpful and devoted to taking care of pets. Lovely hotel for all animals, will always recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to put their animals

the outset the staff were prompt to respond and were always accommodating. During our dogs stay, we called to check in and although we felt a little silly, they answered all our questions without any form of attitude and made us feel completely at ease.
Really happy with our experience and will be using Pets Hotel again.

The team at Pets hotel are so friendly and went over and above to help our dog settle in and enjoy her time with them. We have booked her in already for another stay. Our dog did the training program with Sandra from dogs of Vic during the stay. Sandra is awesome and can highly recommend her.

This a wonderful stay for your dog. They took such good care of my three dog's. The staff are lovely and very attentive. Their facilities are second to none.

Have left my dog Max at the Pet Hotel on two occasions, one for day care and the other for two nights.
Always happy and clean when leaving and really excited when we drop him off.
Very handy for us when we visit Melbourne.

Caring ,friendly staff who put your pets welfare and needs first. It’s worth getting an extra daily play and/or adventure walk. The doggy cam is good too to have a peek at your pet at play (if you time it right!). Highly recommended.

This is the best place to take your fur babies!! Outstanding service, fantastic staff who really care about your baby. My dog Richie M'Paw LOVED his 2 day stay. I highly recommend this hotel !
