The resort has closed! Does any know when and why? Such a shame as they seemed to be really good.

These guys are amazing. I have two very nervous shepherd crosses and this is the only kennel facility they have ever felt comfortable in. They come home happy and actually open up to the excellent staff at the facility which is rare for them. Absolutely highly recommend them.

We have used this Resort twice, for our Pets Money-Penny the Cat, Jacky the German Shepherd and Curly the Poodle along with my mother-in-law's Pets, Niki, Lucy, and Fluffy the dogs not forgetting, Sheddy and Mia the Cats. The care and attention as well as giving medication when needed. They wrote down the eating habits and strict attention to detail on behavior on arrival of all the Pets needs and requirements.

We will keep using their outstanding service as they are No. 1 We also recommended The Pines to our friends who have also used their services recently in Feb 2017.

We would be more than happy to amplify our comments further to any potential customer who feels the need to speak to us who have already experienced the positive experience we had.

I would not recommend this business, as our dog had never been to a kennel before, the kennels are small and over crowded. Some of the staff are like the army, no, not allowed to see our dog in his kennel. There is only a gravel area for the dogs to exercise. We were told our dog did not like the leash going on his neck from the front, of course, it has never happened before. He was also very timid and scared so the staff member told us, we believe this is true.

I would highly recommend Pine Pet Resort. From the moment Mia and I met all the staff they have been wonderful. We go there on a very regular basis , always being treated with such warmth and kindness . I love how you can go and see your dog in its kennel or yard where some kennels will not allow this. Thank you you so much ladies and well done.

Yes we certainly would without hesitation! They are alittle more expensive than other resorts i have used in the past but when we picked up our boys after 6wks i could see it was certainly worth every penny....The owners and staff are fabulous, they do everything in their power (and then some) to make sure your "fur baby" is happy, content, feed well, walked, groomed and gets all the attention they want . I was very dubious to start with as these fur babies had not been in a pet resort before, i need not of worried, in fact im not sure if they even wanted to leave.
After their 6wks vacation they returned to us in excellent health.

Absolutely fantastic. Love the staff, love the facility, spotlessly clean and A1 customer service! Our 3 labs just love going there!

The owners and staff care for your animals, are an pleasure to deal with and my 2 dogs cannot talk but always are in excellent condition on pickup. Can recommend to the most caring pet owner. Have supported the resort for some 7 years.

I always swore I would never leave my dog at a kennels but there came a time when I had to go away for a weekend and had no one to look after my dog. I checked out many kennels and came away disappointed. My vet's son suggested I check out The Pines Pet Resort as he leaves his dog there on occassions. I could see from the moment that we walked in the place that my dog was happy and comfortable with the surroundings and the staff. I have since taken him a number of times and he becomes excited the moment he sees the place. This really is a Pet Resort and the prices are reasonable.
