Hot water system burst on friday night. after isolated the water and power i called the plumbing Doctors. They arrived early Sunday morning Free Quoted the job & arrived 7.30am Monday to install a new system. The house appeared to have been built around the old hot water system and couldnt be removed, so the new system had to be relocated, replumbed & rewired. after sales service was also excellent. All good, Personally i rate the repair at 5 star

The electrician came within days and only took an hour to put a new Tastic in.
Some plumbing supplies had to be ordered so they came a couple of weeks later to refresh the bathroom. Not major only swap out old fixtures and fittings for new.

Tom was on time & contacted me 20 mins before arrival. He advised & costed several options for our failing hot water system and organised install the following day. I was amazed how quickly and easily this occurred. Customer service is well above expectation.

Vance arrived on time. Previously, I'd been told what day and approximate time he'd arrive. He rang on the day to say he was arriving soon. When he arrived he looked at the job and then just got on with it. I was advised when I could use the toilet, etc.
At different times through the day another plumber, Jake, worked with Vance on my job. These men worked well together and after about eight hours the repair was finished.
I was shown photos of different stages of the repair.
I requested copies of them and Jake sent them to my phone.
I was told upfront, how much the job would cost. Then it was up to me.
These days every thing is getting quite expensive. Having said that, I am pleased with the work, and would use the Plumbing Doctor again. On leaving I was told lo phone if I had any problems. These men are both friendly and courteous.

Vance was on time, professional, polite, knowledgeable, capable and confident. He represented good value for money. He recommended helpful things that we hadn't thought of. We will continue to use his services and highly recommend him to others.

Was contacted for Rain water tank issue. No information was given at the booking. The serviceman who attended was not competent at all. Has not handled rainwater tank issues. All what was done is to take out the pump from the tank & charged $ 220.00 as a fee. Which suppose to be the diagnostic Fee.
Spoke regarding the fee to the company. While the complaint was handled with due consideration, their was no remedy.
Please ensure you have a clear picture about the fees involved, prior to the person attend the job. The job was done by the authorised agent for the pump for 50% of the quote given, by this company for the job.

Nice job done but feeling overcharged for replacing a hot water tank than the researched prices
