We have been happily relying on the fast and effective services of the Plumbing and Electricity Doctor - in either and both of his incarnations, often with TARDIS on the nature strip - over many years. This week, with a leaking hot water service, we had a two-team on site same day (plumber and electrician) who carried out a full review of both aspects plus recommendations and quotes - and an implementation team on site at 7.30 this morning, as promised. All aspects of this job were carried out politely, fully and effectively - as always - and everything fixed and tidied away by morning tea time. We happily waved the TARDIS farewell - and ensured we have their contact details on the fridge for next time. Well done, Doc....

I found this company to be prompt, great service, hassle free. I was happy with the outcome and work done. Only gripe is that the work hours were quite restricted for people on the Central Coast.

you arrived on time , did a good 'up-size on that' but still have to deliver the up-size. Communication before attendance was good but the 'do you want a larger fries with that' seemed to take over the training being given to a new "sub-contractor' sparkie.
The job did downsize and needed communicating with other tradies, but the instructor was more about getting the most from the job. When will the new sparky come back to complete?
