My partner and I would like to advise you of the absolute high standard & professionalism of your staff during our kitchen installation.

First notable mention is your plumber Blake. He is by far the most professional, understanding trades person we have ever dealt with. His communication is excellent, he listens to us and understands our point of view before making a recommendation. I work in a corporate office environment & his professionalism outshines people I work with. You can be very assured that your company is in good hands with employees such as Blake. We are very confident of his ability and know we are being looked after every step of the way.

Second notable mention to Louise in the office. The empathy she showed when we had a last minute rescheduling early on was brilliant. Renovating a kitchen (or undergoing) any works where your home life is thrown of out order is stressful. Louise was able to attend to the problem and work quickly to get it resolved.

With neither employees have I ever been left wondering what the next step was, or where I stood. They both set my expectations clearly with each interaction. More importantly exceeded my expectation's on all fronts.

Please be proud of these 2 employees as they are a great reflection of your company.

Well done.

Thank you for your fantastic feedback! It helps us to know when our customers are being delivered the best service and we use this feedback to reward our team so that they keep up the good work. We look forward to being of service to you in the future. Kind Regards, The Doctor.

Had a split in a water supply pipe which I had already dug out and exposed pipe ready for the plumber. To cut the copper pipe and replace about 60 cm of pipe with two joiners which took the plumber about 30 mins; total time on site including all his paper work 45 mins. Parts costs from Bunnings 2 * Brass Compres Union Kinetic $7.25, 1.5m Copper Straight length $12, Parts total $26.50 so labour was $351.50 for 45 mins. Surely that cannot be the going rate for plumber in 2014.

Approximate cost: $378

Just bought and moved into a house. One of several small problems was some issues with a rainwater tank. I asked another plumber to fix, which he did. But that work was sloppy and caused new issues to arise soon after

Sent emails to a few other plumbers to rectify—especially any that had rainwater tank experience. Plumbing Doctor was the only ones to reply. Staff showed up on time. The one "small" problem soon became a major one, but he called for some backup help. After that was done, he gave me quotes for some of the other niggly problems that the first plumber couldn't fix. Some of which I accepted, some I didn't.

What I like was the plumber was technically adept, but had the ability to call up for assistance. And that the quotes were given, and work negotiated and explained up front. And he had far better tools to actually do the job. Note that the price below included parts.

Approximate cost: $600

We have found them to be reliable and well priced. They let us know that we did not need to pay for something that others had been charging us form. They were professional to deal with.

We were helping fix up an old house for a friend that had not been lived in for 7 years, they fixed the leaking taps, and plumbing in the toilet, gave us a much better price for the part than a competitor had quoted and were extremely professional in their service.

Approximate cost: $180

We had just moved into our new house, and it was around the time all the government rebates we available for solar hot water. We thought we would take advantage of this and rang The Plumbing Doctor. They told us the rebates were decreasing in a couple of days so they would come out and install it for us before this so we could get maximum rebates. The job was done fast and reliably, and we received our rebates very fast.

We had a problem with mixed up water pipes so we had no hot water. These guys went above and beyond to help sort out the problem for us. We eventually discovered an old shower that had been walled over but never disconnected properly and they fixed the problem quick as a flash. Excellent.
