These guys a great! I had a garage roller shutter breakdown in a bad way. Called them up and they happen to be within the area and fixed the problem. They were great. I highly recommend.

Had an issue with another companies (Ezy fit rollers) installation, so I asked The Roller Shutter Dr to come and take a look. They found that the installation (2 years ago) hadn't been done professionally causing a clunk when this shutter closed (there was a screw that was driven through the ball bearing joint and the screw was loosening and then when I closed the shutter this screw was catching causing the noise) The Roller Shutter Doctor corrected the fitting and now the shutter works like it should. If only I had found this company 2 years ago.
I would highly recommend this company they are reliable, professional and most important ethical.

I hired Roller Shutter Doctor after a number of roller shutter repairers (including the company that originally installed them) told me my job was too difficult because the roller shutters were on the 3rd storey. Roller Shutter Doctor did all 5 roller shutters in a few hours, using a ladder only and at a much better price than the price quoted for a regular job by the other companies. I also paid other companies a call out fee just to have them tell me they couldn't do the job. Roller Shutter Doctor doesn't charge a call out fee. These guys have a fantastic can do attitude and I am very grateful to them for doing this job.
