We have used a number of carpet cleaners over the years and I can't recommend Michael at the Rug Spa highly enough. He was prompt, friendly, efficient, very reasonably priced and the results are just amazing. Michael cleaned the carpets in our entire house, following a few accidents toilet training our puppy, and the end result is just fabulous, the carpet looks like new again and we couldn't be happier. We will certainly use the Rug Spa again and recommend unreservedly to others.

Michael completed a total carpet clean for an end-of-lease inspection.

He first vacuumed the carpet, removing dirt and dust left behind after the removalists had collected all of the furniture.

Then he treated existing stains which had not been removed by the previous tenant.

This was followed by a complete deep steam clean and deodorising.

While the carpets were a little damp after the treatment (expected after steam cleaning) they were quickly dry and the indentations from where furniture had been placed soon lifted.

The end result is as-new carpet which looks a million dollars.

Michael was responsive, on-time, highly professional and definitely value-for-money. I recommend him for all carpet cleaning in Canberra and near-NSW.

We engaged The Rug Spa to clean our carpets. An appointment was made for Wednesday, 29 January at 10am. Michael arrived precisely at 10am. He carried out a very professional cleaning of carpets throughout the house - we are delighted with the work and with the very reasonable cost. We found him to be very friendly and careful in his work.

We are a family of six and had not had the carpets or sofa cleaned for the ten years we have lived here so it was definitely time for a clean as a number of stains had accumulated over time as the sofas were well used being in our family room. We also needed our rug in the family room to be cleaned after many years, and my daughters bedroom as we had recently had foster kittens there and wanted it nice and fresh for her return home at christmas time. I didnt know who to contact for the job but decided to try Michael at The Rug Spa so called and had a chat about our needs. He was very professional, answered all my questions and seemed to really know his field of work. He was punctual, cheerful and friendly and took his time to do the job as best he could. I was impressed with how thorough he was and how he took pride in what he did. I was amazed at how clean everything came up, I couldnt have been happier. And the 15 year old carpet in my daughters room looked amazing. I will definitely ask Michael to come back again as I could not have asked for better service or a better job. In addition, I thought his price was very reasonable and excellent value for money.

Michael did our carpets last week and he did the best job ever! He is hard working, polite and cheerful and on time.

After using several other companies in the past for my carpets and lounge suite, and not being truly happy with the level of service received. I found The Rug Spa to be a wonderful company. I have since used them every 6-8months and have always been happy with the service as well as extremely satisfied with the results of the clean. I have very light cream coloured carpets. They mark very easily and I have dropped food or make-up which leaves stains. Michael takes a lot care to remove the stains. He does a wonderful job, is very reliable and very pleasant without any fuss. I am a very satisfied customer and be ringing him up again next time I need my carpets cleaned.
