The items in the store are well over priced, most sales staff think that they are too good to help you and most of the time you are not offered service.

The quality of the stock is below par, better off going to a reputable jeweller! The stock is over priced and the service staff are incredibly rude. I had an issue with a bangle that I purchase, paid $495.00 and it tarnishes terribly, and has is continually black. When I returned to the shop to enquire why, I was told I was just not cleaning it enough! The sales girl tired to clean it with no visible difference being made all! She could not remove the black tarnish either! I was then told to buy a better quality cleaning cloth, I guess she meant one better than the one I had purchased in the store previously, and was then sent on my merry way! No resolution and I still have a silver bangle that is so tarnished, that it looks like ebony. I have not been back in the store since and I was one of their loyalty card holding customers!
