I have been going to the Smile Place for a very long time more than 20 years and have seen a lot of changes to this practice. The only thing that has not changed is the quality of service provided to me. Reception staff have been friendly and willing to help me with appointments and whatever. My dentist that I see is very good and I have faith in that she is doing right by me always.

It took me a while to find a dental practice which made me feel relaxed about my dental procedures and The Smile Place in Mt Eliza has been exceptional. Andre and his staff have always made me welcome, have listened to any concerns I have and always give me a rundown of procedures they are undertaking. I had a huge root canal which was completed without any discomfort whatsoever. Emily was kind, calm and thoughtful

The Smile Place is easily the best dental practice I have attended. All staff are friendly and professional. Communication is brilliant. I have dealt with Sarah and Semi and they make you feel at ease. Could not recommend this business more highly.

Easy to book in for an emergency visit (online!) Have been coming here for near 5 years I’m sure. Have seen Dr Andre, Dr Wei and more regularly over past years, Dr Semi. Wonderful service from Semi (as always)! Dr Semi gives you options of what can be done and truly thinks of your entire situation at hand and is always happy to help find the right choice. In this case, I chose an extraction! And you never feel rushed here. Follow up call next day to make sure all is well is a great personal touch.
The staff are professional, competent, highly trained, friendly, gentle and understanding. I’d have to be one of the most frustrating of clients to care for, yet I am always greeted with a smile no matter how many appointments are cancelled/changed.
