Did a great job needed the kitchen tap fixed in a hurry came Monday morning, however massively overpriced. Tap supplied had no brand name .

Very slow the guys spent more time talking to each other about their weekend that trying to fix my blocked drain,then when off to get parts and came back with Maccas and sat and ate that before commencing on with my job I would shop around there are plenty of better plumbing company's out there.took them 2 days to complete the job,have been advised by another company the job could have been done in a day.to be honest I wouldnt even give them a star at all

This time it was the toilet system overflowing and not shutting off. I rang The Tap Doctors at 3pm and two men arrived at 3.20pm same day, no call out fee, fixed the problem with a new part, and left at 4pm. Very pleased.

Had a fast dripping kitchen tap, a dripping shower and a leak in the seating of the bathroom basin tap, I rang at 2pm and they rang before they arrived at about 2.45pm, I got a brand new set of kitchen taps & spout, (fabulous), he went to so much trouble, and fixed the bathroom leaks, very neat and clean. Thank you.
