I had been suffering from a very slow computer for a long time. We trie everything but really didn't know what to do. We weren't sure whether there was a problem or it was just old. Anyway, Anand was able to help fix the problem, and we upgraded a few things at the same time. Everything has been going and working fine since then so very happy.

Anand attended to a number of issues that I had been experiencing for 2 weeks. He was 'ahead of the game.' Knew what the problems were just from a 3 minute phone call and solved all of the issues in less than an hour. He visited on time and best of all spoke Aussie English. I will be using them again.
