This 24/7 gym has so much to offer- well maintained equipment, group fitness classes, personal training or small group personalised training. The owner Jeff is always there to help out and give tips/advice for your workout plan. A few months back one of the classes was so popular it became ridiculously packed but the problem was well assessed and addressed quickly. So happy to be a part of this gym.

This gym has become my second home - staff and patrons are lovely and it is an encouraging environment for weight loss and just good health. The classes are fun and effective, and the equipment is top of the line. It's a 24hr gym that also has classes - nothing else like it in WA. I love it!
