There was a glitch in the ordering online. I emailed them as I needed the Modkat Litter box in 3 days. Ellen was so helpful and managed to chase one down and organised it to be delivered on time before my new kitten arrives. So happy with the service and quick replies. They were very fast & efficient for an exchange I needed to do on the comfy cone I'd ordered (I ordered the wrong size) prior to my dogs surgery, had it delivered the next day. Responded promptly to email enquiries & were extremely helpful in answering my questions. Even went to the trouble of handwriting on the invoice tips on how to fit the comfy cone.
