I ordered a soft cone for my cat who was feeling very miserable in his hard plastic cone - couldn't eat or sleep comfortably. Ellen responsed immediately to my query about right sizes via online chat function. Cone was delivered within hours of my order. Super happy with service and product!

we were passing this shop on the way home from an outing and stoped to get my old dog some goodies..the shop was well stocked and i found what i needed with the help of a very nice staff as we dont live in the area i possibly will not be back there but will recomend it to friends
