Thompson Nissan

We purchased a new car from this dealer and the servicing has been very disappointing.
It is difficult to arrange suitable service times and they will not pick up the vehicles.
The services are fixed price but if anything extra is required they don't tell you until you pick up the vehicle and then have to re-book it for another visit. Some minor plastic panel work was required under the hood and the work was very shoddy, I could have done a much neater job myself. The service counter and the opening hours are not very friendly or helpful.
