The staff are very friendly here and always wanting to help. The only problem it is sometimes busy so you end up waiting a while for service, although when it does come it is good. If i can buy the same thing in the supermarket i would prefer to do that.

I went to a discounter down at Hornsby... big mistake ! They have about 30 products that are dirt cheap and the rest are the same of not pricier than the other pharmacies. But the SERVICE was HORRIBLE ! I turned up at this Chemmart a few days ago and it was a great experience. Service was good, prices were fine and there was a lot of stuff on special.

This has recently been sold to another pharmacist after the previous owner retired. Their products and prescriptions are very expensive. Prescriptions are put into plastic zip-lock bags with a typed sticky label & then you are offered a paper bag for it. If it is the last repeat they give you an A4 sheet saying it is the last. Just seems a terrible waste of money and resources to me. Staff can be 'over-friendly'.

This pharmacy is owned and run by a local lady who has been serving the local community for over 20 years with her expertise and knowledge of pharmaceuticals. There are ample staff to serve everyone, so there is very little time spent waiting for service.
This pharmacy carries a very wide range of non-prescription items so there is a lot to choose from in many areas.
This pharmacy goes a little further to provide service.
