i was with 3, when they changed from orange to 3 and i found if you are near big city's it's ok but if you are away from the big city's it's coverage is not so good. and you tend to have to call several times just to get something fixed or done. I moved to optus 5 years ago and found they deal with things much quicker and the coverage in rural areas is better.

i have very good coverage in melbourne and data speed is also good. customer service is also good. i am with three from six years

I always have great coverage in the city but as soon as your out into the country a little bit it goes straight to roaming. The upside is that they have GREAT deals, i love them!

Their value deal are good. you can get good mobile but.. their customer support also network some place are terrible.. but good value for money

Terrible service in stores if you want to get anything done do it over the phone or internet. Caps are good value and I don't think I will go over it.

We have had 3 phones for years. We put our business phones on 3 in May and since they changed to vodafone we have no reception at home nor our office. 3 has basically told us bad luck. NOT HAPPY!

I cancelled my contract early this year on the basis that my calls were dropping out @ home,on Eastlink.@ work ( no reception) etc.Had tp prove 3 dropouts in 24 hrs-easy.No problem,returned their phone & moved to Optus.Can also threaten them with ombudsman.

Stopped into the Three mobile kiosk for advice as I was having trouble with a new phone I received i.e. could not get bluetooth to work and also a background display problem.

The staff member (female,forgot her name) was extremely helpful and we discovered that something I had installed was causing my problem. This solved a large problem for me and I was very relieved.

The service at store level in Geelong is outstanding but once you have to phone 3in India - forget it! Totally. useless and not at all helpful. I have sent my phone back to them 4 times to be repaired only to be told it is done, when they have done nothing and them same problem still exists at the time of collection. I have had enough of their excuses and am now planning on contacting the ombudsman.

The service is good but not perfect. But it is better than most phone dealers out there. They can improve in certain areas

Love dealing with 3 mobile! They have great customer service. My phone needed a software update and 2 days later back with new front plate - like a new phone. Love them!

I did not have a good experience with three mobile. I never had service with them, and then they continually were direct debiting out of my account even though a bill had been paid. We ended up switching carriers because it got too much. Paying for something you never get to use.

this is one of the best business's i have ever been in contact with, they have the greatest phones (value and price) and the call and text prices can not be beaten they are cheap and great value i wont change networks after experiencing this

Have always had a great service from 3. Their caps are fantastic and have never had any major drama. However i recommended them to my partner and her house appears to be a dead spot in metro Adelaide which has been frustrating as she is always roaming when in her house or backyard and frequently cuts out during calls.

I nearly switched to another network when I couldn't get any signal at home for 5 days - I couldn't make/receive any phone calls nor send/receive any text messages. It happened five times already in the past 1.5 years. I also keep getting charged for a monthly subscription that I cancelled almost a year ago. Contacted their customer service every single month and they promised it would be fixed and the money be refunded. But unfortunately, nope nothing.. and i'm still getting charged until today. Although in the system it's said that the subscription has already been cancelled

Although good value, I got slapped with overdue fees almost 5 times. I had direct debit and I ensured I had they right amount in my bank account for each withdrawal, however they never took it out on the day they said they would. There was no notification that the payment hadn't gone through, just an extra $25 on top of the next bill. Every other network I've dealt with will notify you that payment hasn't gone through and allow you to pay for it. 3 did not do this EVER, even upon requesting they do so.

Their phone service is useless and frustrating to deal with. 3G coverage is awful.

Great value, but really hard to deal with. Every time I called them with a query, the tried to upgrade me. One of the staff members at the she store that opened my account had stolen my credit card details!! He doesn't work there any more, but that had changed my whole outlook on the due diligence of their staff.

i had perviosly been with 3 then swapped to another carrier but there were not as good as 3 the signal better the net services are great i just would use any thng else now i find the the best

Plans are very cheap, the long term ones. Service is okay, a lot of drop outs on places and turns to roaming. Quite a few internet drop outs too; for no reason. Customer service at 3 shops and phone is good enough. Price is far better than the other plans out there and this would be the buy factor. Call rates are a little bit more expensive but that doesn't really matter when on cap. You can also register for plans on student.

sometimes you have to accept that the signal just gone for no reason, especially on the train. but love the staff and great deal. nice place to sit in and chat about the phone. and you get a new phone for free as long as you renew your contracts! don't forget to go and ask them for that if you are a loyal customer.

I currently have a nokia phone and the plan is with three mobile. I recommend three mobile to others due to the price. the price is fantastic and cheap. Also if you purchase on-line you can get a credit on your first account

I signed up a new wireless broadband at three store in Hendry Dane Lane (off Central Station Bus stop) and get a freebie unexpected. The staff was multi languages so I can get better explaination,

3 mobile offer some great deals. they have good coverage. my only criticism with them was when i tried to cancel my plan after 2 years. the telephone staff were very difficult to deal with and made things unnecessarily difficult.

It is good reception around city but not in Suburbs. However it is cheap comparing to other services, especially when you are calling someone who is using 3 as well. The bad news is their Customers Service hot line is hardly understanding and always in long queue.

Terrible service, always busy and staff ignore you. All the phones my husband & i have bought from there have broken, and when you try get them fixed they send your phone away and wipe everything off it. Then it comes back still broken. Poor poor service, hard to contact via phone.

One of the best phone service providers around. Free upgrade of handset every now and then makes me a loyal customer to 3. Hardly ever have problems with them. Just only once, upgraded a handset, only started to use it after the warranty had expired, then found the handset is faulty but can't do anything about it.

Had a plan with three mobile. Got the phone free. Got a great plan $49 per month for $2?? worth of calls [only had for few months, don't remember exact plan specs]. But unfortunately I had to disconnect the service. 3G reception was excellent in my location and the representative at the store was really friendly. Quick approval, papers done within 15min. WOW Quick.

Each time i ring 3 they give the best i have experienced in customer service. Nothing is ever a problem, they are always so polite and thank you for calling, they always ask if there is any further assistance required.
