I have bought a Superchips Bluefin Tune as well as some car detailing products from Tigersoft performance.
John really knows his product just like any motoring enthusiast, but what sets his business apart is his understanding, ease of relating to, and great service.
Even later down the track when I decided I'd like to sell my tune and try something else John was grateful, positive, and super helpful with resetting the device ready for resale. Always happy to chat on the phone to.. Cheers mate!

John just finished paint protection and interior protection on my wife's new car. I was absolutely ecstatic with the end result. His customer service was amazing and just a great person to deal with. I initially contacted John about a Bluefin for my car as he was closer to home than the previous person I bought one from, but that was just the beginning!
John was extremely helpful, providing all the information, pricing etc that you need.

Rather than buy the Bluefin online, I went to Tigersoft to meet John and while I was there he advised me about the paint protection on my car, which was not applied by John.
Thanks to John's advice, I have had the paint protection re-applied by the dealer and it now does what it should do, so many thanks to John.

I have also had advice and demonstrations on detailing my car and based on that information I have bought some Final Inspection products.
John's knowledge about detailing, tuning and all things automotive is amazing and inspires confidence that you are dealing with a true professional.

He always makes time for your questions, advice on services and products and always puts the customer 1st.

I haven't dealt with anyone in the automotive industry who has this level of customer service and I would recommend him to everyone.

I contacted John at Tigersoft regarding a Bluefin stage 1 flash for my Golf GTi, he gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. my order was shipped very fast and was well packaged and the after sales service has been brilliant. Many companies preach customer service but Tigersoft well and truly delivers! I was so impressed with the service I called in for a chat and met John in person, great well stocked showroom and I had a look at some of the cars being detailed, all I'll say is not only is the service great but the detailing is too.

If you are looking for a remap or a complete paint correction do yourself a favor and look Tigersoft up, you won't regret it!

Purchased some car detailing products - pricing was competitive, and service was fantastic - John gave me some great tips on how to use the products. Also saw some of the results of his detailing work - there was a classic in the garage with dark purple/black metallic paint that looked stunning.

In this day and age it is rare to find someone both knowledgeable and generous with their time and expertise. John is, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for detailing or tuning services. A perfectionist who puts customer satisfaction firmly as the most important thing to his business.
