Went for one term with my 18 month old and felt like we would have done just as well going swimming by ourselves. The instructors kept changing which was very disconcerting. They gave very little guidance to me even though they lead and I followed ( or tried to follow) their instructions doing 95% of the in pool' teaching ' work.
I got almost no feedback at all on how my lo was doing, what was expected of her, what she was expected to learn over the course of the term.
Very disappointed.

Have been using this facility for past 4yrs and am happy with the teaching however could be improved. The continuity of staff needs to be more consistent especially on weekend as there seem to be young teachers . One term we had 4 teachers which was disruptive. The building is little run down and needs some improvement. Atmosphere is lovely and friendly and good to meet other parents. New coffee at reception area is fantastic and great idea. The friendly staff are lovely and welcoming and very helpful when my son struggled with going into new class.

My eldest is almost three and has been doing the same thing in class for the last 12 months. She is now so bored she doesn't enjoy attending and mucks around a lot. The kiddies toys (we use the same ones each week) are mouldy inside.

This is a great atmosphere for my child to learn to swim, the instructors are first rate and make the class a lot of fun for the kids and the facility is excellent. my second child will start swimming there in the next month or two.

A great swim school,swimming teachers fantastic with the kids. It has a friendly atmosphere where you can relax and watch the kids. Fees while you have a coffee too. Facilities are clean. Fees are reasonable. Classes availale from 6months.

Excellent facility for children of all ages. Cater for babies and up. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly and helpful service. Runs on time. Economical rates. Professional and fun lessons. Everyone enjoys the experience. They have an area where you are able to sit with friends and have a coffee pre or post your lesson.
