Unprofessional and not qualified swimming teachers, my child started drowning at the end of the class and teachers didn't pay attention, infact they disappeared instead of getting the child out of water at the end of the session. I had to jump with clothes and shoes to swimming pool to save my child's life as she completely went under water. No lifeguards either. No support after such a shock. And at the end when I asked the owners I hope you got read of unprofessional teachers they said they are supported as they under staff

Nearly finished term 1with my daughter and her twins in a P&M class with our amazing instructor Deb they have come such along way since the start of term .My daughter had been to 2 other swim school in her area (Mornington Peninsula) and decide to come up to THSC in Sandringham so glad we make the trip up every Thurs .And the girls on the desk Carly -Lisa are wonderful Thank you to all

Fantastic pool & facilities. The staff and instructors are absolutely fantastic, great with children, and very educational for the children in delivering their swimming instructing. They are patient, and extremely welcoming.

my two children have both learnt to swim at Tony Haenen. we have been at the centre for 6 years and it’s like a family. the swim instructors are fantastic, they take time to explain the strokes clearly and make sure the children are learning the right technique from an early age. each child gets an individual experience, because the classes are small it’s almost like a one on one lesson. My 7 year old is pre squad now and it’s the highlight of the week for my two year old. the pool is always spotless and both my kids absolutely love it. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

From the time I emailed to make an enquiry, to visiting the pool to book my son in for lessons, the staff at Toby Haenen were friendly and professional. The pool is the perfect size for learning and the teacher to pupil ratio is very good. I would recommend this pool for children's swimming lessons.
