Waxing can put you in various awkward positions but Scott's approach and personality put you at ease, immediately. I've never felt more comfortable with a practitioner before and that makes a big difference.

I didn’t realise how much to waxing there was until Scotty explained it all to me today! His wealth of knowledge was extremely comforting as I hadn’t been properly waxed before, and he made me feel comfortable right away. He took me through everything he was using, how he used it, what various waxing applications it was for, and he made sure I was 100% comfortable before the wax had even touched my skin!
