Top Cut Lawn Mowing

Wasn’t too happy, mess was left all over the road. Had to go and clean it myself. Also I understand it’s been raining and the grass was high. When I went to inspect it and told him it still needs to be trimmed further he just stepped on it. I had to clean up the grass myself and you can see that it could’ve been done more. So now I have to get someone else to fix it. Not happy...

Rob and Michelle fixed our gardening nightmare and lawn in Frankston after my husband had neglected it due to hay fever and asthma. They had a big job and fixed the whole thing. The front garden looks beautiful now and the lawn is great.

It's worth a mention that this business was sold since I wrote the above and someone else took over. He was good, but not as good value for money. He charged a little more $55 for an average lawn and doesn't seem to want to do any gardening (the other couple did the whole garden and did a bit of weeding every week too). Also, I kept asking for tax invoices and never received any. He's still ok - but not as good.

sam does the best job very very happy with the finished product. all the rubbish was removed and the garden was taken care of and all I ha to dp was sit back and watch

I joined the topcut team a number of years ago now and was immediately impressed with Sams training and eye for detail on every job, just doing that little extra, out of concern and courtesy goes so far in customer satisfaction. Without doubt, there is a right way and a wrong way to do someones grass or garden, and the training definitely teaches the 'right' way. The terms of purchase for the franchise are the best anywhere, I am my own boss and can work whenever and as much as I like, I'm a completely independent owner operator.

My mum's lawn badly needed trimming. So I gave Sam from Top Cut a call as I've heard he is one of the best. He was very prompt and he gave me a reasonable quote. Mum loved their work that she became a regular client since then. I also call them over to my house whenever I needed help with garden work. Very happy with their service.

I needed help with cutting the lawn at my rental property, e.g. I do not live there. It was possible to arrange i tall on the phone and via email, the job was done professionally and promply, with pictures via email confirming the quality of the work.

It took a while to get Trevor over. Some of it was due to weather. But when he came, he did a good job. Pretty thorough in his work and the garden ended up looking very neat and tidy. Give them a try.

Fantastic expert training is excellent as well as assistance in setting up your business makes things go very smoothly indeed. Definitely happy I joined the Topcut team & didn't get stuck in a horrible franchisee contract with there ridiculous ongoing fees...
