I really enjoyed my session and got some awesome new perspectives. Debbie is an open soul and I felt really comfortable sharing and discussing my issues and despite it only being a half hour session, I got some real great insights and directions for moving forward with. Whilst it's not in my budget at the moment (although it will be soon) I think the true value would be in continuing to do further sessions with Debbie and working on and transforming the areas we discussed. Before my session with Debbie, I was feeling very emotional and stuck in my business, specifically around abundance of money and clients. Debbie helped me to discover the piece of the puzzle. Before the session I knew that I had love of self and abundance of love in my life, however was stuck around abundance of money. During my session with Debbie she allowed me to discover my own insight which was I had not applied that love and belief of self to encompass what I am doing and the services I provide. I first saw Debbie for help with migraines and some emotional issues. It was an absolutely eye-opening and life changing experience! It took some time of course, but with Debbie's guidance I was able to make major changes in my thought patterns, lifestyle and habits. Debbie was always very calming and gentle in her approach, and was always happy to explain what she was doing if I asked. When I began to show an interest in learning some basic kinesiology to continue 'working on myself' at home, Debbie was, and continues to be, extremely helpful with her encouragement and support. Without a facilitator as thorough, interested and empathetic as Debbie, I doubt my experience with kinesiology would have been as rewarding as it has been.
