The Easy Fat Release program has definitely change my life. Not only have I released 20kg, I have released a lot of excess mental baggage that comes with being overweight. I have been on diets all my life and this program is by far the most AMAZING. A huge thank you to my friend Crystal for introducing me to the program and for the support and friendship she and Leanne gave throughout the program. Words cannot express my gratitude.

I started my Weight Release program last October. I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I was with the result. It was a simple, straight forward way of releasing my body of the toxins, not only did I loose 11 Kilos in a very short time, but I released all those nasty toxins, that were no good for me. I Started to sleep better, think more clearly, and as a massive bonus lost a heap of weight. I dropped 2 dress sizes in just 28 days. It made me change the way I thought about food, and changed my mind set. After releasing toxins and losing weight, I have more energy and feel so much better about myself. I cannot recommend the programme highly enough.. It is simple, and more importantly affective. I have kept off every kilo of the 11 I lost, and feel great.

I would also like to add that this result would not have been achieved without the wonderful support I got from Leanne Rountos, she introduced me to the programme, and supported me every step of the way. She was never too busy to answer my questions no matter how small, and always took the time to check in with me to see if I had any worries. I am going really well. Now the way I eat is a habit and it makes so much sense to keep off the starch. I am 62.2 kgs now!!! May go for 60 and then do maintenance. I feel so good, all my clothes fit now and I feel really happy, its easier to walk and roll over in bed. Being able to wear anything in my wardrobe is liberating.

Another 200 g and I've lost 20 kgs since Boxing Day!!

I get lots of compliments and get told off if my tops are too big because I should be showing off my tiny waist! I'm not use to putting my backside on show!

I got rid of 13 big bags of clothes, stuff I'd bought thinking "when I'm thinner that will look good, but now I am they didn't.

I accidently come across this one day and Contacted Leanne. She was superb, most helpful and went out of her way to help me. I live in Adelaide and did not think that I could be helped but was quietly delighted to be proved wrong. Leanne went out of her way to help me. She was only a phone call away and was always so assuring to me and so positive about it. She guided me thru the process and over the course of 4 weeks I lost 7.6kgs. I was absolutly delighted with this. the process was painless, you lived your normal life and still continued with the detox. The only challenge for me was wehn you had to be really strict in the last phase of the program but thats when and where Leanne came into play the most. She is a good motivator. After all this, I have gained the weight back but I have a very genuine reason for that. i am expecting and 18 weeks in. Had to do IVF and was successful in my first shot. My doctor told me thanks for the detoxing I had done not long ago and the wight loss definately helped with the process. I have already been in touch with Leanne, I guess planning for the future, to do this once I have my Bundle of Joy. The program was just equivalent to if not may be a tad more than a Gym membership but wellworth the money spent. Would I recommend the program, Most certainly.

My husband and I are about to complete the detox/fat release program and we have already lost 14 kg EACH in just 6 weeks.
By taking supplements and not skipping meals, we didn't feel hungry and we have lots of energy.
Shopping for new clothes is so much fun now.

I've done a few detox programs in my life and this was clearly the easiest to manage. The dietery advice is sensible and you can complete the program while maintaining a pretty normal existence. I genuinely felt relaxed through the whole program and was delighted with the results I experienced. Overall I dropped 11kg in a short period of time. I absolutely recommend it. You won't regret it.

I felt supported throughout the entire process. I lost 8 kilos in three and a half weeks with hardly any effort. Easy to follow, any questions were answered with a quick phone call. I have never felt so good and best of all have not regained the weight.
