Amazing, Everyone should move with Transcorp!

My husband and I decided to move from Sydney (1 bedroom apartment) to Perth (6 Bedroom home) in mid April. I contacted Transcorp and they were wonderful (particularly Florence, but everyone I spoke to on the phone was so kind and professional), and organised our quote. I explained we were on a budget, and sent in an itemised list of all the items we were moving (I recommend doing this as it does adjust the quote) and it all came in under our budget. Then Covid happened, and we had to pack up and leave our apartment and get to WA before the border shut with 24 hours notice. This is where Florence and Transcorp showed how amazing they truly are. A situation that could have been a nightmarish headache became a walk in the park with quick responses and help moving our move date up by three full weeks, even though they were slammed with other people and business trying to move as quickly as possible as well. It was no issue that we were not in the apartment and my sister and dad were the point of contact for the loading of the container. Transit took 3ish weeks, with constant and professional contact when I inquired to its arrival date. The men from both sides who loaded (in Sydney) and unloaded (in Perth) were brilliant and kind, very professional. All of our items arrived safely. I am so overwhelming pleased with the service I received from the entire team at Transcorp. I recommend them unequivocally. Should anyone I know move interstate I will also recommend them, and if I move in the future I will certainly be using Transcorp. If I could give a 5000/5 star review I would.

We chose Transcorp over a $400 cheaper competitor as they said they would deliver it sooner. As it turned out this wasn't the case

Our stuff was picked up on the Friday to be shipped from Melbourne to Brisbane on the following Tuesday to get to Brisbane by the Friday

Subsequently received a message on Thursday to say our stuff would leave Melbourne on Friday and arrive the following Monday

When I spoke to a business developer manager who said the Tuesday truck must have been full. This is despite him saying it would be sent on the Tuesday. I had to ring him because he didn't respond to my emails

Was sent a message on the Friday saying delivery would be between 9-1pm Monday

Hadn't heard anything by 12.30 Monday. Phoned the Brisbane office and after 2 calls was told delivery would be 90 mins late. Then over an hour later received a call from the driver saying he was 45 mins away

Sent an email to appraise him. Typically no response

So if you want quality customer service or in fact any customer service don't use Transcorp because you'll get none

Milan and Novak picked up a new lounge at short notice from Yass and delivered to Cherrybrook the same day. Great communication and updates all the way and all items were really well packaged. Best removal service I have experienced. Everything arrived in top notch condition.
Will definitely use them again.

We used Transcorp a few years ago and again they didn't disappoint. We had a small move from one storage location to another. They arrived on time and made the move easy and stress free. Transcorp did a great job relocating a storage unit from Box Hill to Monash. Arrived on time. Completed in the restricted time period. The new storage unit was packed appropriately.

We recently had the Transcorp Local Removals team move us last week & the service was outstanding. The sales department knew their information and provided accurate details to help the move go smoothly. We had 2 moves - 1) Move to the Transcorp storage facility 2) Move from their storage facility back to our new home. It was a very large move and in the end we needed 2 truck loads which was performed with ease and without hassles. We even had a chance to get our fish & chips early in the afternoon. Then, when the removal team came out from storage - let me say it was nothing short of brilliant and no damages or breaks. I would strongly recommend Transcorp services.

We’re thrilled with the service from the team at Transcorp. We had a tricky residential relocation which included multiple drop offs & pick ups. The guys were prompt, courteous & professional. We’ll use them again next time

Hired Transcorp removal service for interstate move from Melbourne to Sydney. It was extremely stressful and frustrating experience for us and I would not recommend using their services.
The following were the key issues:
- Terrible customer service provided by the representative assigned to our job. Numerous corrections required to the itinerary and incorrect number of items recorded or moved to the ‘Not Going’ section of the Furniture Inventory Summary. This added to the stress and frustration while organising the move.
- Repeated requests were made to the sales manager to return our calls. Every time we were told 'he is in a meeting'.
- We were charged a premium for the uplift on 1/1/23 between 2 pm and 5 pm with delivery scheduled for the 2/1/23.
- On 1/1/23 at 2:50pm we received a message, not a call, that the truck has been delayed and will not be coming and uplift will not happen on 2/1/23.
This resulted in a lot of inconvenience to the family as everything was packed and ready to go.
- The truck arrived on 2/1/23 for the uplift but there was no record keeping/ list/ tagging of items. The driver also could not confirm when the truck would arrive in Sydney, as it was empty and had to be back filled.
No ETA of arrive in Sydney added to the already frustrating experience with Transcorp.
- I had to follow-up in the evening with the driver who later confirmed that the truck would arrive on 5/1/23 which was a delay from the original date of 2/1/23.
On the whole our experience with Transcorp added a lot of undue stress which was not warranted.
We found Transcorp to be unprofessional towards their work, the quality of service provided was extremely poor without any accountability.

Best service - just used Transcorp and the guys who picked up my stuff in Melb were extremely thoughtful, friendly and kind considering my anxiety levels. Such a great service, helped me out in my major concerns with all my gear having to go to Qld and all was accommodated and sorted by the Manager Dylan who when out of his way to support me along with Lily and a few others that I spoke to. Sorry cant remember the lovely girls name who answered my call but she listened showed empathy and acted. Wow great job everyone and it all arrive a lot quicker than I had imagined. You are an amazing team at both ends drop of and pick up and the team supporting everyone. Tough times currently and everyone super kind, considerate manner was so appreciated. We will never use another company EVER again!. Absolutely brilliant from booking online with ease to speaking with Shelly who was so helpful and understanding over the phone with changes etc. This is our second move using TRAS and we couldn't be happier. The 2 guys that moved both our homes were on time, professional, quick, careful and knew exactly what they were doing. No fuss, no delays and especially careful given our furniture is mostly antique. Nothing was a hassle and every item arrived secure, safe and without any damage at all. We were constantly asked questions re the loading of the trucks around fitting everything in which was just wonderful and thoughtful. Every item was moved with the absolute care and both sets of guys on both moves were just brilliant. I really couldn't recommend this company any more!. I will say though if you are going to use them then at least buy the removal guys a coffee at the end as they deserve it.

I had a move done by Transcorp from Darwin to Longreach last month and I just wanted to say thank you very much. Not only was the price amazing but the customer service was out standing from start to finish.
The company and removalist contracted to do the uplift was also fantastic. I’ve only just arrived in Longreach myself and have just visited the storage shed where all my belongings were delivered to. I was so impressed with the way it was all packed. Perhaps you could pass on my appreciation of the removalist “Leigh” ? I can’t recall it’s name sorry. He saved me a lot on storage fees by advising me in Darwin that my things would actually fit into a smaller shed than the one I had booked so I had time to organize that. He also took such great care of my things in Darwin and at the other end and this was very much appreciated. If you could pass that onto his manager that would be fantastic.

Any body needing a removalist company that cares for your possessions, well this is it.. From the phone calls to the time they picked up our goods., We had a smooth transition .. The 2 men were polite and careful with all out belongings.. They were very experienced with loading the truck too. When they said they will arrive with our stuff they did!!! This was my fourth interstate move and by far the best experience I've had. From the very first contact to get a quote and then having to make a few changes along the way, Lilliane and the office team was just so helpful and reassuring. On moving day we had Jake and Santi take utmost care with our belongings. They really took their time loading the truck. We also love that they were the same team meeting us in Brisbane, so we had them from start to finish. Nothing was damaged and their communication was great all the way. Top company,wouldn't use anyone else again.

Transcorp team of 3 big burly guys Ben, Zak and Euan, arrived at my front door early, so i was impressed straight off the bat. My move was from one double storey home to another brand new double storey home next door. Yes, exactly just next door, so no truck required... but strong man power was needed. Some of my furniture is big and very heavy. They carefully calculated every turn and took great care not to damage the walls or furniture. They worked with me to have every piece placed exactly where I wanted. They worked so fast I couldn't keep up. The whole team was so polite and well mannered and made me feel like the most important person in the world. I hate moving , but you made the whole experience painless and stress free. Recommend if requiring storage and then moving interstate

I moved a 2 brm house in Footscray into storage for 5 months, including an additional load after 3 months. Great to deal with on the phone (Stacey), all the drivers were courteous and prompt, and took care with my stuff. I then moved the whole lot over to Adelaide and again they were bang on with delivery time and the two guys were fantastic, took the fridge upstairs etc.
Given the challenges in the current corona virus environment, I was really surprised that Transcorp were still able to provide the service that was promised back when I booked, well before all the lockdown occurred. They kept me informed all the way through of any potential changes/updates, and were absolutely fantastic to deal with (Stacey and Suzanne to be highly commended!) I would highly recommend Transcorp to anyone who was looking to move interstate. A great one stop shop for storage and transport needs which no doubt saved me both time and lots of money in having to contract separate solutions for each.

Bought a white fabric couch and a timber entertainment unit on Graysonline with short notice restricted (time window) pickup from Sydney. Needed competitively priced transport to Melb - contacted Transcorp - no problem at all - 48 hour pickup arranged. Also asked for white fabric couch to be wrapped (floor stock - not protected) not a problem also. I also needed storage for one month prior to house move and Transcorp could do that at competitive pricing also. Even got sent a photo of wrapped couch and unit prior to storage after requesting to see it. Thanks Transcorp team!! Awesome stress free service.

Moved our 3 bedroom townhouse from Melbourne to Sydney at short notice. Pricing was good, the arrangements were easy and the truck and workers arrived right on time. They were careful, consistent and quick, and didn't complain about the awkward steps and heavy items. Delivery was also on time, and the driver and his workers worked well with the arrangements at the new building. I was expecting the whole thing to be stressful, and it was, but there was no stress caused by Transcorp, they actually went out of their way to make it all go smoothly, and this at a really difficult moment for everyone worldwide. I would definitely use these guys again, and would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Transcorp moved our furniture from Canberra to Melbourne on time and with great care. The Team was professional in moving and packing furniture from our 4 bedroom and study house. Unloading the next day was carried out efficiently with all items placed where asked. Very good price and excellent service.

We had a very large move consisting of a two bd house and two 27 m2 storage units in Mordialloc coming together in a 2 storey house in Dingley Village. We had 2 teams of 2 men and 2 trucks and the service they provided was exceptional. They arrived at 9 am and worked flat out, finishing just after 2 pm. Even a morning storm didn’t slow them down. They were very careful with all our furniture and 100 boxes and even took everything to the desired locations in the house’s upper and lower levels. No breakages or damage to anything. We would highly recommend Transcorp to anybody who is moving house. Florence and JC in the office organised everything for us and sent the best team of men to carry out the move and made it a stress free experience from beginning to end.

We had a three bedroom house to move over a short distance. Everything was really easy in the lead up and on the day. There were no surprises and the whole team from admin to movers were complete professionals focused on the customer.

Fantastic job - On time, well presented and very professional. Challenging day as hot and humid. The Transcorp removalists never complained for a moment. Unpacked the boxed items, carefully installed the furniture as I requested and took the boxes /rubbish away including the old furniture I didn't need. All done within the time I anticipated.
