excellent personal service, good advice on tyre choice, tyre brand range more than adequate, good, honest (only do work as needed, advise when replacement probably due soon, but not yet) servicing of vehicle, reasonable price (i moved to them originally due to 30% cheaper than my previous mechanic and prices remain competitive 9 years later), very friendly folk, and excellent follow-up (ie ensure car problem has been fixed)
