Worst quality, service and value. That's the least I can write about a horrible tile supplier. Porcelain tiles show cracks after installation by 4 month. Same tiles with better quality is available at many other suppliers with at least 20 $/m2 less than trend. Their discounts are not real and its much advisable to check with other before buying from trend. They provided many broken tiles and refused to replace them saying that there are no more tiles available in store although I called the same day asking to buy the same tile and was advised that its available. Their tiles could not be easily cleaned as their surface is different from others available at similar stores, water will not work to clean and you will need to buy specific chemicals. Take my advise and don't even go to see their imaginary offers. Don't believe them when they say its a limited quantity available and it might be sold to some one else. This was a nightmare as the tiles were installed and currently I can see cracks in different location that's in addition to the stains that got stuck to the tile surface as it absorbs any liquid falling onto it.

Went to buy tiles during a sale. They had a wide range and a number of display standards to see the tiles laid. Our sales assistant was knowledgeable and friendly and helped with colour choices. We're happy with the end product.
