I did a Trial run with Tri Fir Austrlalia. It was great because they helped me realize my fitness goals and help me to achieve them. They are a very experienced team!

Great gym with excellent facilities. Instructors with a wealth of experience and knowledge and a variety of classes including TRX, Boxing and Core, Spin, H.I.T.T that have you on the right track to achieve your personal fitness goals.
