I went in to trinity nails today to have my nails done as we are heading on holidays tomorrow. I was left feeling ripped off. the amount of acrylic on my nails was disgusting and they in no way look natural. have just spent four hours filing and filing to bring them down to a normal size and look. felt rushed and expensive for what I got done. it was like the girl couldn't be bothered doing them but she still wanted my cash. WILL DEFINATELY NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE AND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER!!!

Went to have shellac removed frim fingers (not much left on)and a pedicure. The pedicure baths were clean & the massage chair relaxing. But found the staff difficult to understand and the girl doing my pedicure couldn't understand me! So my nails were not cut as I asked. I then had the male (possibly owner) remove shellac and shape my fingernails but I asked for squoval and just got short& square so had to redo myself. No colour on feet or hands and cost $55! Also says you can only pay cash-is that allowed? Would not return.

Came here for a pedicure. Was relaxing. You sit in a massage chair while have your feet pampered. After it's finished, they sit you near the entrance where a hand and feet nail dryer is so your nails can dry. Was nice but customer service is lacking. Staff look miserable when they are doing the pedicures and only spoke to eachother (this is in no way being racist towards asians) in their language. I did find that a little rude. All that being said, I did and enjoy the pedicure and would like to go back.

I was the only customer in the whole shop. Staff spent the time chatting to each other in their language. I was totally ignored.
The shape of my nails was all wrong, despite asking for round.
The shellac colour was darker than expected. Overall not happy and won't return.

I used to go to Trinity Nails all the time when I was younger, but haven't been for quite some time. I'm getting married next month so am looking for somewhere to get my nails done before the wedding, which I why I went back here for a "trial". The lady that served me was very helpful as I was being very particular about the shape and how the glitter tips would look. She did a great job of my nails. She didn't rush to get me finished and out of the way which I have experience in some other salons. The only thing I believe could have been a bit better is the shape of the nails. Saying that, I have booked to go back to Trinity Nails the day before the wedding! Would recommend.

*EDIT* I went back the day before my wedding to have my nails done, the young lady doing them was really nice and took her time to get the glitter perfect etc, but when it came to shaping the nails, every nail was a different shape and most were uneven and longer on one side of the nail. I kept asking for them to be fixed - I guess the lady got annoyed with me, as she said something (in another language) in a huff to the lady working next to her, didn't even look at me or explain what was going on and swapped places. I was made to feel an inconvenience by asking for the shape of my nails to be fixed (I did mention I was having them done ready for my wedding the next day, you'd think that an even shape would be standard!). Saying that, the lady that finished my nails did a wonderful job of fixing the shape and they did look great!

I love this nail place! great service quick and efficent and do an amazing job every time. Most other nails salons take way too long to do my nails here they were nice and quick but did the most amazing job ever. My nails have never looked better. Great Service.

Went during the lunch time hour and found that the service was a little on the rush side. Only had booked for a pedicure and the staff member cut my toe accidentally but no apology made. The massage could have lasted a little longer. This store was convenient at the time, but I doubt I will go back.

You can have up to 3 or 4 girls all doing a small part of your nail refills. And that is waiting for up to 45 minutes after your appointment time. I am not sure why they just don't do one client from start to finish but they hop around the place like jack rabbits!

Approximate cost: $35
