Triple 8 Cleaning Services

I used Triple 8 when I lived in Melbourne and Alec did a great job, however I now live in NSW and nearly every week I receive a call asking if I want my carpets cleaned ! I tell them every time I am not in Melbourne and every person says they are going to "take me off the list" and of course it never happens. You need to update your system (database) as this becomes quite annoying and unnecessary for your staff to keep calling. I have given you three stars because of Alec but am over the phone calls.

We have used Triple 8 Cleaning for a number of years - specifically to clean our couches. They are always prompt, do a fantastic job and offer a great service. They call us when they have specials coming up to see if we are interested. Overall, fantastic service!

At short notice, we had cancellation from a booked cleaner...the triple 8 guys came to the rescue and got it done in a quick time. Quality was above average

4 rooms of carpet Cleaned. Was running too late to proceed the first time and didn't show at all the second time. Very little empathy from the company. Finally got them cleaned when i dealt with the driver directly.

I had my beige corduroy couch cleaned. It looks amazing now, and the guy was super friendly. He even puffed up the cushions so it looked like new when he was finished. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had my carpets and 3 seater couch cleaned by Triple 8, i found them on wowmo. the cleaner whom came out was very professional and friendly and confirmed everything before he started the job.he arrived on time and performed a great job, the stains came out and everything looked brand new! great service and great price with the 10% discount.

I have my duct heating system cleaned by Triple 8. With the discount, I'm very happy with the service. The cleaner is very professional with a lot of handy tools, which are ready to use in the Van. And a nice lady will follow up with scheduled service to remind you to clean the house next time.

I arranged Triple 8 to clean my sofas and rugs after reading lots of positive reviews here. The service on the phone was professional, and they gave me an initial quote for their services including the rugs based on the exact dimensions. The technician was half an hour or so late, but they did call to let me know. He sought to charge me for cleaning a "large" rug than a "medium" I was quoted for, but adjusted the price when I pointed this out. The main problem was that he left the rugs and upholstery sodden wet. I've had carpets cleaned many times before and have never had them left in this state. I had to wring and squeeze all the excess water out and try to soak it up with towels, but even then the rugs and upholstery took days to dry out. The sofas were OK once they dried out, but the pile on the wool rugs was all clumped together because it was so wet and is not the same since. The prices were on the lower side but it seems you get what you pay for. Maybe it depends on which technician you get but I wouldn't use them again.

Had my carpets cleaned today. Really professional service. From the phone bookings to the cleaning,Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and just lovely. The man who cleaned my carpets was so good, really knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I will recommend this service to everyone. My carpets look fantastic. Thank you for the great service.

Booked triple 8 to get my carpets dry cleaned. Was for 3 bedrooms and a stairs. The guy was very prompt, professional, did a very good job over all.

I had 3 rooms and 2 hallways steam cleaned. The booking ladies were very friendly and even though I had to re-schedule, they were very helpful. Albert turned up on time and did an excellent job. The carpet looks fantastic and smells so much better. Very old carpet in a rental property and he spent a good amount of time ensuring that it would look as good as possible. Would highly recommend this company. Also got a 10% discount for mentioning WOMOW and the price was reasonable.

These guys were friendly and efficient booking me in. Totally kept me informed of their arrival time from the day before. Alex was friendly and one of the first carpet cleaning experiences I've had where I didn't feel uncomfortable with someone in the house around my children. Will definitely use them again.

I had the carpet in three rooms wet steam-cleaned. The communication with Triple 8 was excellent, they rang the day prior to my booking to confirm the time and date of the appointment. The steam-cleaning was done quickly and efficiently, and cleaned to the standard I expected. A few of the very heavy stains in the carpet could not be completely removed, but I was told by the technician beforehand that he may not be able to take these out completely, so this was expected. Very good value for money, and I got a 10% discount for mentioning WOMOW.

We had our carpets and heating ducts cleaned. Correspondence via email was prompt. When I needed to change the appointment time it was done with no fuss. The cleaner arrived on time and did a great job. I also enjoyed 10% discount for mentioning WOMOW! Before the discount it cost $69 for carpet cleaning 3 rooms, and $184 for 5 ducts.

I found Triple 8 on WOMOW. The lady that assisted me with the booking was very professional. I had 3 rooms steam cleaned & a 2 & 3 seat lounge dry cleaned.The Technician explained the reasoning behind dry cleaning the lounge. Borth the Lounge & Carpets came up like new. I will be using Triple 8 again.

The initial call to the company was great, friendly and informative. I booked the job late on the Tuesday and Albert the technician arrived on time early the next day. He pre-checked our (very stained) carpets and gave a realistic appraisal of what could be achieved. The work was highly satisfactory. I will be using this company again for sure!

We only had one room that required cleaning so we paid the minimum, which was fairly reasonable. The service on the phone and in person was excellent and the cleaning job done was very satisfactory.

I have been using Triple 8 for carpet cleaning for a few years now and have always been pleased with their service and pricing. They have always been punctual and have dealt well with the multitude of nasty stains caused by puppies, small children and teenagers. They phone up from time to time to see if I am ready to have the carpets cleaned again and to inform me of specials but they are never pushy.

They cleaned my carpets brilliantly and it wasn't even too expensive. I will definitely call them again when in need.

We had our carpets steam cleaned. I checked a couple of other steam cleaners and found the price quoted by Triple 8 to be pretty good. The employee on the phone was helpful and polite. However, when they came they said the carpets needed more than the usual steam clean and were not polite when I chose just the regular clean. They decided not to give me back my change, hence, charging more than quoted. I won't be having them back again.

Had a rug and a 2 seater couch cleaned for $150. Sammy did a great job, got some stubborn stains out of the couch and the rug has come up well too. Very professional and prompt service, and the lady on the phone who took my initial call was very friendly and helpful. Will use again.

We had a 5 seater couch cleaned that had been sitting in a garage unused for many years. We had it fully sanitised and deodorised. The guy turned up on time and was very professional and polite. The couch looked great and had a pleasant citrus smell afterwards. Overall very satisfied and would have no hesitation to have them back again.

In short, we used WOMOW to find Triple-8 and we are more than happy with every aspect of their service. In fact, we're planning to get them back to clean our carpets every year.

Having recently purchased a home where the previous owner clearly didn't like to clean and we were surprised to find that she didn't clean the carpets before she vacated. The carpets were grubby with numerous pet-related stains that we thought would be difficult, perhaps impossible to shift.

Alec professionally cleaned our lounge, 3 bedrooms and a favorite rug which had recently been cleaned by an unnamed company that we'd hired to clean our previous home. We weren't happy with that company, and are now grateful to WOMOW for introducing us to Triple-8. Our carpets came up better than expected, and Alec is the nicest guy carpet cleaner that you'll ever meet.

Floor tiles throughout house were "cleaned" by their technician. Whilst the tiles look a bit cleaner, the grout was barely cleaned at all. In high traffic areas like the kitchen, I could not even see where he said he had cleaned. He said that fat etc had soaked into the tiles and was not possible to remove. I thought that this was the whole point of getting the tiles steam cleaned. I had gotten another quote from a specialised tile cleaner who was much more expensive. I wish I had used them instead and had the job done properly. To top it off, after the technician had left, I saw that he had emptied his water tank on the front lawn, just outside my front door and all of the dirt and fluff which he had cleaned from the house was now spread over our front path. Definitely not worth the money.
Triple 8 later offered for me to get another company to clean the tiles with before and after photos and if there was significant difference, they would refund my money. I did not take them up on this as I did not want to risk paying for the tiles to be cleaned twice.
Triple 8 may be a good cleaning company overall, but I don't believe that they have the necessary equipment to clean grout in floor tiles to the standard that people will be expecting.

I too followed the recommendation from womow. We had 3 bedrooms steam cleaned and a rug. I called three companies for quotes first and Triple 8 had the best customer service and price. I was able to schedule an appointment on my chosen day, they were running a little late but called to apologise and tell me they'd be 20 mins late. Carpets were steam cleaned and looked fantastic. He also gave us tips on how to keep our leather couches looking good as new. It cost $69 for 3 bedrooms and $20 for our floor rug. Will definitely use again.

I followed the recommendation from womow and used Triple 8 to clean our very dirty carpets. We have two small kids, so the carpets were pretty grotty. The tech turned up within 15 minutes, was very polite and did a wonderful job - cleaning the carpets really well. It cost $80 for four rooms with a 10% discount for mentioning womow. Absolute Bargain!

Steam and chemical clean of household carpets on many occasions. We usually have the $10 voucher which helps a lot. Alec shows up on time, or calls when he anticipates to be late. He treats, cleans and deodorizes the whole house in a couple of hours.
