Well they started off fine, we watched them walk past us while we were having lunch. When I got up to see how they were going I noticed they had walked plaster around the unit. Then I realised there was plaster everywhere all over the floor where they had been working. They had not been able to get the ceiling in properly so they packed up and left without a word. Not very professional.
