I used to come to see truc and his fantastic, vibrant team a few years back. i was working overseas and was never really happy with my style until i have finally been able to come back to see the team at trucs. I am so happy each time i walk out as they make me feel so positive about myself. They listen to what i want and give their professional opinion to upgrade my style, making me look 10 years younger! i have referred all of my friends and family to see them, and the ones who have gone have all given positive feedback, and have become loyal customers of theirs aswell. i trust the whole team with my hair and wont go anywhere else!

I first went here after buying a voucher on a deal site. It was the best haircut and colour I have had in a long time. I went back again today and was again super impressed! The cut and colour are fantastic. I won't go anywhere else from now on - and it takes me almost 30mins to drive there. I do agree that the staff can be extremely lovely and not necessarily genuine - but that's business! I have never found them trying to rush me out the door - quite the opposite in my experience. They do ask if I want any products, but they don't push them on me. Def. worth a try!

I have mixed feelings about this salon. The staff are over the top lovely, but it's a little hollow. I do think they're genuinely lovely people, and if they relaxed a little about trying to be nice it would probably feel more genuine. They seem to be very focussed on getting clients out the door quickly, when I'd prefer they take a little more time to be more precise. I've lost count of how many times no-one has noticed that the timer has gone off on my colour and I've been left there until someone notices. I'm a regular, and am not usually offered consultation with my stylist. Indeed it's a little rude to be charged at the higher level when someone else is doing all the work except for the cut at the end, but this is common practice in busy salons. Each visit I am offered whatever their newest product line is, so I feel that they aren't making recommendations specifically to what meets my needs best (as the product I was offered last time is still on the shelf and if it really was best for me surely I would just be offered it again?). The salon itself is attractive and it has easy parking. I keep going back and I'm happy enough with the results, just not the process.

It is true it is as good as it gets, the best at Truc Le Design where you will have a highly talented and attentive team who will look after your every need in hairdressing. The amazing award winning Truc Le and his team will give you a look which will leave heads turning. Love you work Tru

The hairdressing staff, including the charming Truc, are terrific. I thoroughly enjoy my appointments there as the service is always fabulous and happy. Not to mention Truc is truly gifted with his wonderful skills in hair styling, etc. If you want a boring, dated cut/trim/bowl cut, etc - go to your local barber. If you want something that attractive whilst modern and becoming to make the most of your hair, then Truc is your angel!
