After a promise of installation in December, January at latest, it is now the end of March and no installation date. The installation staff do not answer the phone or return phone calls or emails. The sales staff have a different story each time I call.

I ordered a 1.5kw Solar Panel System in late October 2009 & paid a $1000 deposit upon the advice I would have the panels installed in January 2010. In December 2009 I rang the company to let them know I would be overseas in January 2010 & was told the panels wouldn't be installed until February 2010 as there was a shortage of panels & the company was joining a buying conglomerate to purchase the panels in bulk from overseas. Now we are four months down the track from when I ordered them, I've left several messages on the Customer Service line (it goes through to a pre-recorded voicemail message) & no one returns your phone call. As a result of that, I sent an email to the Victorian State Manager and still never received a response. Terrible customer service, haven't delivered on their promises & they've pocketed $1000 of my money & I don't ever expect to see the product I've ordered. I would never recommend the company to anyone!

They took my deposit & promised a solar array by September, then they promised October. Then they promised November at the latest. Now it's December & they don't even return my calls. In concerned that they will never do the installation or worse, go out of business and I'll lose my money.
