Had solar panels installed, was very impressed with installers and the final product. Only 1 problem with my HWS which they turned off and broke my ignition switch.

We ordered the February Special - 1.52kw with 4.2kw inverter Solar Power System. The TVS installers arrived as scheduled and went about the installation on our two storey property, I could not fault their workmanship as they displayed pride in their work at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend TVS to any new customers.

Installation wait time very short and installers arrived on time as scheduled. Post-installation follow up by sales team very thorough, soon after installation. Will be pleased to recommend this company to others.

I thoroughly researched solar systems and decided to buy through True Value Solar. 4.2kw inverter and 8 panels- 1.5kw system. Room to add more panels later. Total profesional's from the sales office to the installers. Would recommend to everyone.

I registered my interest in a 1.5kw system with True Value Solar on Sunday 20.11.2011. Received a phone call from Tracy on Tuesday, deposit payed Tuesday night,and panels installed on Friday 25.11.2011. There are a lot of companies out there that could learn from True Value Solar on how customer service should be preformed. Excellent service, communication and installation from start to finish. The guys that installed the panels, Rod and Barney were fantastic. Very neat and professional job and left nothing behind, taking every speck of rubbish with them. Very impressive! Every aspect of the system was explained to me by Rod in a language I could under stand. Follow up was excellent and informative. I will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending True Value Solar to friends and family. Well done all.... keep up the good work.

i had a 1.9kw solar system installed by TVS on 29/11/11. a 2.0kw Growatt inverter and 10x190watt Jinko panels(JKM190M-72). the installation was on time, the 2 gentlemen who did the job were very friendly/informative and professional. their work was neat and tidy and the clerical staff arranged all the paperwork for the smart meter(installation due 9/11/12)my experience with TVS was extremely good from start to finish. i would thoroughly recommend True Value Solar to anyone entering into solar energy.(PFIT 44 cents included_Adelaide)

My wife & I have just moved into a new home and were undecided if we would have Solar Power again even though we were happy with the system we had on our old house.
When we saw an ad on TV Last Saturday 26/11/11 from True Value Solar we could not believe the value of the system described. The ad was for a 1.5kw system installed for $1691.00.
I placed an internet enquiry on the Saturday night and was contacted Sunday morning. The Sales person was great, he had all the facts and figures correct and was a pleasure to deal with and gave us a wait time of 3-5 weeks before installation which we were happy with. To my great surprise I was contacted again on Monday 28/11/11 this time by the True Value Solar installation team who wanted to fit our new system the very next day!! WOW......Now that is what I call service!!
The two installers turned up right on time and were nothing except extremely professional in their work. They were neat and tidy, well spoken, polite and excellent tradesmen.
If I could rate my whole experience with True Value Solar higher than 5 Stars I would!
