The worst agents I have ever dealt with. They managed a commercial property for us for 3 years and upon the end of the lease that's when the problems started happening. NO end of tenancy condition report provided. So it was up to us to point what make good works had to be done. NO dispute resolution provided.
They kindly suggested that the bond be returned to us for us to sort out the dispute. So what am I paying you for ??
